Fine tuned all the panels to fit into the frames, had set the table saw back up to widen a few groves just a hair. Checked my lay out of the doors and determined what side to use for hinges, and laid out those. Over to the drill press with a 1-3/8” fostner bit to drill the pockets.
I needed to cut and rip for the drawer faces, so that was next. 4 of the faces need to be edge joined. All set to start the glue up of the frame and panel assemblies. This will be a little time consuming, I set up a right triangle on each end of the bench, so I have my square. This is how i have always glued up frame an panel assemblies. Gluing these up in pairs.
It will be slow the next few day, daughter will be here with the grandkids. Might get to the shop here an there to glue up a pair.
Think I mentioned in comments of the last entry about the table saw run outs. A 1×10x8’ supported by the bench and a piece of pvc pipe supported at the end. Worked well for ripping the plywood down.
Thanks for reading and comments are always welcome.
