Calm before the storm?
including a brand new Acid Shop Brush, to moosh the glue into place…
Spacers added to the insides, to keep them from bowing in…cauls are supoosed to NOT sit on the fingers…but..
One did anyway…
Let this mess sit a day…then remove the clamps and cauls….clean the glue joints a bit…just enough to trace around the outside…and mark where to cut a panel for a bottom and a lid….then flatten the panels enough for a glue joint to happen…
Bottom one did need quite a bit of work…
Bead of glue all around, brushed out evenly…add the 2 panels…and half the clamps in the shop..
Trying to squeeze down any gaps….need to let this sit a day….Stay tuned..
